Know our story
Our roots are Italian. We came form Southern Italy; a little town called Triggiano in the Puglia region.
We have been making pizza and traditional Italian dishes since 1946,
starting in Chicago, and later moving these traditions to Hamilton in the 70's.
It's all we know and we love it! We take pride in our work and we hope it shows in our products and service.
Know our Pizza
Although our name is Chicago Style Pizza, we make all types of awesome Pizza
Some like it Thick, Thin, Stuffed, White and Regular. We got it.
The base of all our pizza is an exceptional dough. The crust is not the soft and chewy type, it has a crunch to it, and a wonderful firmness to support the generous amount of toppings we put on the pizza. We don't just sprinkle them on, so go easy on the number of items.
This unique Pizza Pie is made in a deep dish pan and is just loaded with cheese. We lay a thin layer of dough into the deep dish pan, add sauce and your toppings, then fill it with a ton of cheese! Then we top it off with a layer of dough to seal it up and ladle more sauce on top. Amazingly delicious and very filling.
FYI: Our advice, stop after 2 slices. The Large stuffed weighs in at an average of 7lbs! Don't even think about splitting a large between 2 people. A small stuffed serves 3.
Regular crust is the traditional type, not too thin, not too thick.
Thick crust is really thick, all thru the base, not just the edges. This is not a deep dish pizza. It's made on a regular pan.
Thin crust is of course thin. Better with a lighter selection of toppings. Too much is no good. Its difficult to support wetter items like mushrooms and fresh tomato.
No Sauce, No mozz. Its light but very fragrant and tasty. We top a regular crust with extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, Spanish onion Romano cheese and oregano.
